SCADAReach™ AlarmMessage

SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 28, 2026

Program Availability

The SCADAReach Alarm Alerts enrollment form accepts requests and records your SMS preference, whether selected or declined. Submission does not activate alerts. SCADAReach must verify the phone number and site authorization, and complete required messaging verification, before activation. No text or call is sent by the request form. Existing separately enrolled recipients retain their current preferences.

SCADAReach Alarm Alerts

SCADAReach Alarm Alerts is provided by SCADAReach LLC. SCADAReach receives site alarm data on its servers and sends recurring automated SMS alarm alerts and incident notifications to authorized operators. SCADAReach is the sender and the program to which recipients subscribe. Site names identify the location of an alarm, not a separate subscribing brand. These terms apply to this alarm alert program; the AI demo has separate terms.

Optional Web Enrollment

Enter your own mobile number and explicitly select the separate, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox to request enrollment in SCADAReach Alarm Alerts. The checkbox identifies SCADAReach LLC as the sender and describes automated alarm alerts and incident notifications for your assigned monitoring sites. Submit that affirmative choice through the form; SCADAReach then reviews the request before the required phone verification and site authorization. Providing a number, entering a site reference, or having an administrator add you to a phonebook alone does not constitute SMS consent or grant access.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or access to SCADAReach services. You can submit the form with the SMS checkbox unchecked. The request is saved with SMS consent set to No and does not enroll you in texts or change existing subscriptions. Consent to this program does not authorize unrelated marketing messages or messages from other businesses.

Consent Records and Existing Enrollment

SCADAReach records your name, mobile number, requested site reference, request date and time, selected or declined SMS preference, and disclosure version. SCADAReach manages consent records and opt-out and help requests. Pending requests are retained for up to 90 days before being scheduled for deletion, which may take additional processing time. To withdraw a pending request, contact support@scadareach.com with its reference. Existing documented verbal consent remains separate. If consent is collected verbally through an available enrollment method, the operator receives the purpose, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP instructions, and Terms and Privacy links before explicitly agreeing; the consent record is documented without recording the consent call.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on alarm activity and your organization's notification configuration. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to an SMS alert to opt out. Opting out applies to SCADAReach Alarm Alerts from that sending number, including alerts for all sites served by it. You may receive a final confirmation message. No further program messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again. You can also email support@scadareach.com for assistance.

Help and Support

Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@scadareach.com or visit our Support page.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on wireless network availability and other service conditions.

Privacy

See the SCADAReach Privacy Policy for how telephone numbers, message information, and SMS consent data are handled. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Related Terms

The existing Terms and Licensing continue to apply to SCADAReach software.
