SCADAReach AI Demo SMS Terms

SCADAReach LLC offers an optional AI demonstration through +1 681-325-6139. After verbal enrollment, participants may receive a demo invitation and exchange questions and AI-generated answers about demonstration data, simulated equipment conditions and demo alarms. This program does not provide live customer alarm notifications or control equipment. AI responses may be inaccurate and must not be used for operational decisions.

Verbal enrollment

Before any invitation is sent, a SCADAReach representative explains the program, message frequency, possible charges, STOP and HELP instructions, and this terms and privacy notice. The participant must explicitly agree to receive AI demo texts at their mobile number. Consent is documented with the number, date, representative, disclosures and affirmative response, without recording the consent call. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Participation is optional.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your participation and questions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation; further program messages stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@scadareach.com. Reply START to resubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI Demo SMS Privacy Notice

SCADAReach LLC processes your telephone number, consent record, incoming questions, AI responses and message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status to run the demo, provide assistance, honor opt-outs and protect the service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Twilio processes SMS delivery and related message records. SCADAReach sends the text of demo questions to OpenAI to generate replies. Amazon Web Services hosts the application. Messages may be processed in temporary application memory and retained in service-provider message records or diagnostic logs according to the providers' applicable policies and account settings. We do not promise immediate deletion after a conversation. Do not send passwords, API keys, personal records, or confidential customer or operational data.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is disclosed to service providers only as needed to operate and support this service, or as required by law.

For access, correction, deletion requests or privacy questions, email support@scadareach.com. Consent and opt-out records may be retained as necessary to honor your preferences and applicable obligations. This program is intended for adults evaluating SCADAReach, not children.
