You confirm you are authorized to submit this installation's company, project, billing and contact details. Registration is a request for review. It does not by itself approve access, issue a license, record payment or enroll contacts in notifications. Provide the correct project number, selected software version and machine code.
The accepted order identifies the products purchased. Where a perpetual software license is included, software activation is perpetual and bound to the approved machine and Site ID. The service subscription is separate. Its number of years comes from the project order and starts when the approved license is generated after recorded payment and complete registration. Subscription renewal dates do not change the perpetual activation term. Machine changes require SCADAReach review.
Only products listed in the accepted order are included. SMS and voice packages specify monthly included segments or minutes, sold by the year. Unlimited Alarm Message App Usage is included only when listed. The dedicated number, edge gateway and other products are included only when purchased.
Prices, service years, payment terms and customer SMS-segment and voice-minute overage rates are stated in the accepted bid/order and invoice. Usage above the included monthly allowance is billed at those agreed rates. A multi-segment SMS may consume more than one segment. This form does not change the accepted order or authorize automatic payment.
Keep the monitor ingest key private and configure it only for the assigned Site ID. It is separate from the signed software license and is not needed by app users. Contact SCADAReach if a credential may be exposed. Access is subject to approved site and user configuration; submitting names or phone numbers does not grant access.
Alarm reporting depends on the customer's installation, network connection and configured notification services. Operators must continue their established monitoring and response procedures. An alarm accepted for processing is not the same as a delivered notification or acknowledgment. This service does not replace required safety controls or emergency procedures.
Registration information is used for project administration, billing, licensing and approved service setup. Notify SCADAReach of changes. SMS consent and notification preferences are handled separately; this agreement checkbox is not marketing or SMS consent.
Contact SCADAReach before submitting if the project or terms are incorrect. Additional commercial terms are governed by your accepted order and any separately agreed contract. Pending website submissions are retained in the AWS inbox for up to 90 days; reviewed business records are retained separately by SCADAReach.
